This form is for us to establish an Offshore Company  for you in Nassau, at the Registrar of The Bahamas. This includes the Government Incorporation fees, Certificate of Incorporation, Share certificates, Articles and Memorandum, provision of registered office and local agent for your IBC and courier to your doorstep. Corporate banking details are sent to you separately.  Please read additional requirements for a Bahamas IBC at bottom of page. The IBC Act 2000, requires two shareholders and two directors and the beneficial owner named. Note: All directors and shareholders listed on this Bahamas form must provide a copy of their passport and two character references from professionals such as bankers, accountants, lawyers etc.  This is a legal requirement in The Bahamas. If the references are a problem, we will need to incorporate your IBC in Belize or Dominica.  There is no such requirement in those jurisdictions and you can have bearer shares and only one director.
